RETURNS & EXCHANGES?
If you are unhappy with your glasses within 30 days of placing your order we will happily refund or exchange them for you. SOEK® aims to make returns and exchanges as simple as possible. If you would like to return or exchange please contact us first.
Returns must be postmarked for return within 30 days of placing your order. Any shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Soek Pty Ltd is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
WARRANTY
SOEK PTY LTD EYEWEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
SOEK Pty Ltd eyewear products are warranted for 12 months from the date of purchase against manufacturer’s defects. The warranty is valid only to the original purchaser with a proof of purchase from an authorized Soek retailer that clearly shows the purchase date. Soek Pty Ltd does not warrant against any lens scratches. Alteration, misuse, abuse, or installation of non-Soek lenses will void this warranty. The customer’s exclusive remedy for a breach of warranty will be the repair or replacement of the item as determined by Soek Pty Ltd. The warranty does not affect the legal rights of customers under applicable state or national laws governing the sale of consumer goods.
Scratched lenses are not covered under Soek Pty Ltd’s warranty policy.
Any expenses incurred in returning product for warranty assessment will be done so at the expense of the purchaser. If the returned product is deemed to be a valid warranty claim then Soek Pty Ltd will incur the cost of any further freight charges. If the warranty claim is deemed to be invalid, we will contact you to see if you want us to conduct repairs at your cost and, in any event, you will be charged for outbound freight based on Soek Pty Lts’d standard shipping rates.
Soek Pty Ltd is not responsible for packages lost in transit.

A copy of your dated receipt or order reference number.
WARRANTY POLICY
YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THE AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
The benefits given to you under our warranties above are in addition to other rights and remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law and other laws.
REFUND TIME LINE
All Refunds are normally processed the same working day after receiving returned goods.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All orders will be dispatched the next Business day.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with the details of the shipping company and tracking number if applicable.
INTERNATIONAL TAXES?
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes on receipt of the package in the destination country. The customer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to the shipment.
Unfortunately, SOEK® has no control over these charges as these are determined by Customs. SOEK® is not responsible for any action taken by Customs or the chosen package delivery service.
